PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

Jvno AI, operating under Stingray Technology LLC ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the Jvno AI website, utilize the Fast Track Execution Engine, access the Jvpiter Beta, or use our associated dashboards and APIs (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, specifically focusing on operational logistics and execution data:

  • Personal & Account Information: When you register for a Command Center account, we collect identifying information such as your name, business email address, company affiliation, and account passwords.

  • Precise Geolocation Data: The core function of the Fast Track Execution Engine requires the collection of precise GPS coordinates (Latitude and Longitude) from a driver’s or user’s device to validate facility arrivals and dwell times.

  • Operational Data: We collect truck identification numbers (e.g., Truck IDs), facility codes, active dwell times, and micro-settlement transaction records.

  • Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect data regarding how you access the Services, including IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and timestamp logs of your interactions with our APIs and dashboards.

2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We collect data through the following mechanisms:

  • Direct Input: Information you provide by filling in forms, logging in, or interacting with the Command Center dashboard.

  • HTML5 Geolocation API: When a user initiates a "Log Arrival" or similar ping, the browser prompts for location access. Upon consent, we capture the immediate coordinates. We do not engage in continuous background tracking without the application being active or explicitly authorized.

  • Browser Local Storage: Our SLA timer and dwell-tracking mechanisms utilize your browser’s localStorage to maintain active session states (such as your arrival timestamp) even if the page is refreshed or closed temporarily.

  • Automated Backend Logging: Our execution engine records immutable timestamps into our secure database ledger when a geofence breach is mathematically verified.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

The data we collect is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our logistics and artificial intelligence platforms:

  • To Execute SLAs: Your GPS and timestamp data are used to mathematically verify facility arrivals, initiate SLA tracking clocks, and log immutable records into the Fast Track ledger.

  • To Facilitate Micro-Settlements: Arrival and departure data is used to calculate detention times and trigger automated financial settlements between carriers, shippers, and receivers.

  • To Train Predictive Models (Jvpiter): Anonymized, aggregated historical data (such as average facility wait times or carrier velocity) is utilized to train, refine, and improve the machine learning algorithms powering the Jvpiter platform and our economic intelligence tools.

  • For Security & Maintenance: To monitor system health, verify network success rates, prevent fraudulent location spoofing, and ensure the operational integrity of the database.

4. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal or location data to third-party data brokers. We may disclose aggregated or operational information in the following ways:

  • Between Connected Parties: To fulfill the core purpose of the Fast Track ledger, timestamp and arrival data for specific Truck IDs are shared transparently on shared dashboards visible to the respective carriers, shippers, and warehouse operators involved in that specific transaction.

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party hosting, database, and infrastructure providers strictly for the purpose of operating the Services.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jvno AI, our customers, or others.

5. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

  • Immutable Ledger: For the purpose of dispute resolution and SLA validation, geofence breach records and timestamps are stored as permanent, immutable entries within our database infrastructure.

  • Security Measures: We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. This includes isolated database architectures, API routing protections, and encrypted credential storage.

  • User Responsibility: The safety and security of your information also depends on you. You are responsible for keeping your Command Center login credentials confidential.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

  • Location Tracking: You can control or revoke location access at any time through your device or web browser settings. Note: Revoking GPS access will inherently prevent the Fast Track Execution Engine from verifying your arrival and will disable your ability to log SLA dwell times.

  • Local Storage: You may clear your browser’s local storage or cache to remove active SLA timer data from your device, though the immutable server-side ledger will remain intact.

  • Account Modifications: You may review, request updates to, or request deletion of your account profile by contacting the Jvno AI administration.

7. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information or GPS data practices, we will notify you through a notice on the Command Center dashboard or via email. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
