FAST TRACK NETWORK: FACILITY SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA)

This document establishes the binding execution parameters, automated enforcement mechanisms, and remediation protocols for all shipping and receiving facilities ("Facilities") participating in the Jvno AI Fast Track Network. Facilities are bound to the specific SLA requirements of their chosen operational tier.

PART 1: THE ESSENTIAL TIER SLA

Applicability: Facilities operating under the Fast Track Essential Tier ($99.00 Gross / $70.00 Facility Yield).

1.1 Execution Expectations

Facilities operating on the Essential Tier must meet the Standard Velocity Target of 45 minutes. The execution clock begins the exact second the carrier breaches the 500-meter facility geofence and successfully registers an "Arrived" status on the Fast Track immutable ledger. The Facility is expected to gate, load/unload, and officially dispatch the carrier within this 45-minute window.

1.2 Automated Enforcement

Enforcement is entirely mathematically driven. Manual check-in times and paper logs are void. The Jvno AI Execution Engine utilizes coordinate-based GPS validation to start the SLA clock. The clock stops only when the facility officially clears the transaction in the Command Center dashboard, generating a permanent timestamp.

1.3 Remediation & Penalties

Failure to dispatch the carrier within the 45-minute Standard Velocity Target constitutes an SLA breach.

• Financial Recapture: Automated deductions will be pulled from the Facility’s $70.00 transactional yield and remitted to the carrier based on the following immutable timeline:

  • T + 15 Minutes (60 mins total): 10% Yield Recapture ($7.00)

  • T + 30 Minutes (75 mins total): 15% Yield Recapture ($10.50)

  • T + 45 Minutes (90 mins total): 25% Yield Recapture ($17.50)

  • T + 60+ Minutes (105+ mins total): 50% Yield Recapture ($35.00 Maximum)

• Systemic Penalties: Each breach directly degrades the Facility’s Operational Index Score. If a facility's success rate drops below 85% for Essential Tier transactions over a 30-day rolling period, Jvno AI reserves the right to restrict the facility's access to the network, preventing them from scheduling future Essential execution blocks until an operational review is completed.

PART 2: THE ELITE TIER SLA

Applicability: Facilities operating under the Fast Track Elite Tier ($159.00 Gross / $110.00 Facility Yield).

2.1 Execution Expectations

The Elite Tier represents the highest standard of network velocity. Facilities must provide Priority Terminal Queueing to any carrier booked under this tier. The execution clock begins upon the 500-meter geofence breach. Elite carriers must bypass standard staging lines and be directed to an active dock immediately.

Because of the priority queueing requirement, Elite Tier facilities are granted an Extended Dwell Grace Period, moving the baseline execution target from 45 minutes to 60 minutes to account for complex freight staging, while still prioritizing the truck's physical movement.

2.2 Automated Enforcement

Enforcement utilizes the same 500-meter geofence architecture but triggers the Automated Micro-Settlement Protocol. If an SLA breach occurs, the financial penalty is instantly deducted and routed to the carrier’s ledger without the need for manual invoicing or 30-day payment terms.

2.3 Remediation & Penalties

Failure to dispatch the Elite carrier within the 60-minute Priority Velocity Target constitutes a severe SLA breach.

• Financial Recapture: Automated deductions are pulled from the Facility’s $110.00 transactional yield based on the following timeline:

  • T + 15 Minutes (75 mins total): 10% Yield Recapture ($11.00)

  • T + 30 Minutes (90 mins total): 15% Yield Recapture ($16.50)

  • T + 45 Minutes (105 mins total): 25% Yield Recapture ($27.50)

  • T + 60+ Minutes (120+ mins total): 50% Yield Recapture ($55.00 Maximum)

• Systemic Penalties: Elite Tier breaches carry double the weight on a Facility's Operational Index Score.

• Account Limitation: If a facility fails to provide priority queueing or breaches the Elite SLA on three (3) consecutive transactions, Jvno AI will immediately revoke the facility's Elite Tier privileges. The facility will be downgraded and locked to the Essential Tier for a mandatory 60-day probationary period, cutting off access to the higher $110.00 yield opportunities.

PART 3: DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LEDGER SUPREMACY

In the event of a dispute regarding arrival times, staging delays, or automated recapture events, the Fast Track SQLite Database Ledger serves as the final, immutable source of truth. Jvno AI acts solely as the technological auditor of the geofence data and holds no liability for operational delays caused by facility staffing, mechanical failures, or gate congestion.
